Studio Lab Terms & Conditions
This Agreement is made between Studio Lab (Studio Lab Global Ltd, Founder Sam Parker) and the undersigned Client (“Client”).
By signing up, the Client accepts the following terms:
1. Services
Studio Lab delivers structured growth through three pathways:
Studio Lab Plus
Access to The Lab, 250+ resources updated weekly, group workshops, and community chat — designed for creators who want structure and accountability without 1:1 mentorship.
Studio Lab Pro
Includes everything in Plus, plus bi-weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions, direct feedback on music/content/strategy, monthly progress reviews with plan updates, and priority WhatsApp support.
Launch DFY (Custom Pricing)
Our Done-For-You program for creators launching full-time businesses or major projects. Includes everything in Pro, plus done-with-you launch support, growth strategy sessions, early access to beta tools, and direct Slack/WhatsApp access to Sam Parker.
All plans follow Studio Lab’s DEVELOP → LAUNCH → GROW → SCALE framework.

Studio Lab Plus
Full access to The Lab (250+ resources, updated weekly)
Group workshops + recordings
Community group chat for peer support
Daily task & habit tracking dashboard
Studio Lab Pro
Everything in Plus, plus:
Bi-weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions with Sam Parker
Direct feedback on music, content, and strategy
Monthly progress review & updated plan
Priority WhatsApp support
Launch DFY
Everything in Pro, plus:
Done-with-you launch support (product, service, or app)
Strategy sessions for scaling audience & offers
Early access to beta tools & priority resources
Direct Slack/WhatsApp access to Sam Parker
3. Communication Policy
Main channel: Studio Lab app (powered by Everfit)
Asynchronous communication preferred: messages, voice notes, screen clips
Pro & DFY clients receive priority response times and daily feedback loops
Additional calls outside of scheduled sessions require pre-approval
4. Sessions & Attendance
Pro clients: 1:1 sessions booked through the Studio Lab app
Group workshops: Weekly, fixed schedule (recordings available)
Late arrivals: 15+ minutes late without 24h notice = session forfeited
No-shows: Charged as a missed session (1/2 month of Pro plan)
Habitual lateness: 2+ breaches in 1 month may lead to termination
5. Payment Terms
Plus & Pro: Recurring Stripe subscription, billed monthly
DFY: Custom invoice, paid in advance (installments available)
Payments are non-refundable (see §6)
Missed payments = suspension of access until cleared
6. Cancellation Policy
Plus & Pro: 1 month’s notice required
DFY: Non-cancellable once the project starts
Cancellations must be submitted through the Studio Lab app
7. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable
Rare exceptions may be made at Sam Parker’s discretion
8. Behaviour & Conduct
Respect for time, community, and boundaries is mandatory
Abusive or disrespectful behaviour = immediate termination with no refund
9. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your music/content
Studio Lab retains ownership of its frameworks, materials, and session recordings
All Studio Lab materials are for your personal use only
10. Recording Policy
Sessions and workshops may be recorded for quality, accountability, or marketing
Under 18: Recordings shared only with guardians
Over 18: Promotional use allowed unless you opt out in writing
11. Data & Privacy (GDPR)
Studio Lab complies with UK GDPR
Data is only collected to provide services
Data is never sold or shared
12. AI & Third-Party Tools
Studio Lab integrates AI and third-party tools (e.g., templates, automation, content recaps).
By joining, you consent unless opting out in writing.
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first be raised in writing
If unresolved, mediation will occur under UK law
