This Agreement is made between Studio Lab (a trading name of Studio Lab Global Limited, “Founder Sam Parker”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”). By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions at the time of signup, the Client consents to the terms outlined herein.
1. Services
How Studio Lab’s Offerings Align with Your Music Career
Studio Lab provides a structured approach through the DEVELOP, LAUNCH, GROW, MONETISE, and SCALE framework:
D.E.V.E.L.O.P. – Skill building, sound development, music theory, branding
L.A.U.N.C.H. – Releasing music, marketing, press kits, visuals, streaming
G.R.O.W. – Growing audience, running ads, networking
M.O.N.E.T.I.S.E. – Revenue streams, licensing, fan support, contracts
S.C.A.L.E. – Strategic partnerships, automation, analytics, expansion
As The Client, you agree to show up fully, commit to tasks, and invest time and effort into your progress to achieve the results you want.
2. Communication Policy
• Communication is primarily through the Studio Lab app (powered by Clickup).
• Asynchronous formats (voice notes, messaging Screen Clips) ensure clarity and documentation. This is the correct way to ask about tasks questions. You must always make sure you use the Ai tools found on the task to first ask help.
• SyncUp calls are available for Studio Lab Pro members only and must be agreed in advance. Additional charges may occur if these become regular on-top of your monthly or weekly subscription.
• Studio Lab Pro members receive faster responses and priority access.
• Asynchronous chats can be converted into tasks for ongoing tracking. This means 1:1 phone calls are not used as part of the Studio Lab service unless Sam Parker agrees to this.
3. Session Recordings
• All mentoring sessions and workshops are recorded via Studio Lab’s internal systems for quality assurance, internal training, or marketing purposes.
• Under-18 clients: Recordings are only accessible to guardians.
• 18+ clients: Recordings/snippets may be used for promotional purposes unless written opt-out is provided.
• All recordings remain the property of Studio Lab, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
• Payments are made securely via Stripe, through weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual plans — all billed in advance.
• Missed payments may result in temporary loss of access to all services.
• Coaching sessions will only be confirmed once all outstanding payments are settled.
• Membership pauses are granted at Sam Parker’s discretion with at least one month’s written notice.
4.1 Lateness Fine
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without giving 24+ hours’ notice, a fine of 50% of their weekly payment total may be charged in addition to their regular plan. This is to respect scheduling, prep time, and availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
• Pay-as-you-go (in-person): 1 month’s notice
• Monthly plan: 1 month’s notice
• Quarterly plan: 3 months’ notice
• Annual plan: 6 months’ notice
Cancellations must be submitted via the Studio Lab app directly to Sam Parker.
6. Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be issued only in rare, exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Sam Parker.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Studio Lab has a zero-tolerance policy for any of the following:
• Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate communication
• Harassment or aggressive behaviour
• Breach of personal or professional boundaries
Violation may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Client Responsibility
While Studio Lab provides guidance, coaching, and structure, results are not guaranteed.
Success ultimately depends on the Client’s commitment, action-taking, and consistency.
9. Intellectual Property
• Clients retain ownership of their original music and creative content.
• Studio Lab maintains ownership of its methods, systems, tools, and session recordings.
• Materials provided by Studio Lab are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.
10. Data Privacy & GDPR

• Client data is collected and stored solely to provide services.
• Data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
• Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support.
11. Use of AI & Third-Party Tools
Studio Lab may use AI tools and third-party services (e.g. for session recaps, task automation, repurposing content) to enhance your experience.
By using Studio Lab services, you consent to these tools unless you opt out in writing.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
• Both parties agree to first attempt resolution via written communication.
• If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation under UK law.
